Port Douglas Markets
Every Sunday 8.30am – 1.00pm
Market Park, Wharf Street, Port Douglas.
Take a drive up the coast and check out the weekly market happening at Port Douglas. Stalls showcase local produce, treats, artwork, crafts, clothing and much more. There are plenty of food stalls too.
Marina Markets
Every Wednesday 11.00am – 5.00pm
Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina, Wharf St, Port Douglas
This market overlooks the beautiful Dickson Inlet and often hosts live music between the months of April through to January. Browse the unique stalls and who knows what you’ll discover as you watch the local reef tours arrive and depart.
Mossman Markets

Under the raintrees, Foxton Avenue, Mossman
Pay a visit to this gorgeous little town, where the markets are situated underneath the canopy of gorgeous towering raintrees. Browse local organic produce and handcrafted items, and there is an all abilities playground opposite the markets.
Palm Cove Markets
First Sunday of the month 8.00am – 2.00pm
Williams Esplanade, Palm Cove
Browse local quality handmade products including jewellery, leather work, pottery, clothes, skincare, wellness stalls, food and much more. The road Williams Esplanade is partially closed off for the markets for you to wander. Markets on between April to November.
Clifton Beach Markets
Third Saturday of every second month 9.00am – 2.00pm
Clifton Village Shopping Centre, Captain Cook Hwy, Clifton Beach
Held within the local shopping centre at Clifton Beach every second month. Here you can find locally made gifts, jewellery, trinkets as well as enviro-friendly products and community information. Markets begin every February of each year.
Holloways Beach Markets
Second Sunday of the month 8.00am – 1.00pm
Beachfront, Oleander Street, Holloways Beach
Take a stroll right by the ocean shore and discover local crafts, produce, homewares, plants, treats and delicious foods. You can park at the northern end and stroll south, so you can pick up lunch from one of the stalls along the way and end at the playground.

Rusty’s Markets is iconically Cairns. It began around 30 years ago and is now one of the best known markets in the Far North with over 180 stalls selling locally grown fruits and vegetables as well as other foods such as honey and bread. There are also stalls selling crafts, toys and more.

The Cairns Night Markets is a must-see. It’s a perfect spot to visit after dinner as it’s open late, or you can go and have dinner there at one of the various food locations. There are over 70 stalls offering souvenirs, clothing, arts, crafts, homewares, skincare products, jewellery and much more. You can even go for a massage or manicure.

Kuranda Heritage Markets
Every Thursday to Sunday 10.00am – 3.30pm
Rob Veivers Drive, Kuranda
You’ll find all sorts of quirky goods at the Kuranda Heritage Markets, from artwork to toys and goods made out of kangaroo pelts. Kuranda is famous for its markets, and upon visiting, you’ll quickly notice why. The market is also home to the Kuranda Koala Gardens and Birdworld Kuranda as well as a historic plane wreck. There’s plenty to see, and you can easily spend several hours there just seeing it all.
